section 708 sophisticated wholesale investors

Asenna regularly has access to investments exclusive to Sophisticated 708 Wholesale Investors. These opportunities are generally only available for a limited time and may be at a discount.

 To qualify, 708 Sophisticated (Wholesale) Investors are individuals or entities who generally qualify under Section 708 of the Corporations Act based on the gross income and/or net assets test:

• A gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each previous two financial years or;
• Net assets of at least $2.5 million; and
• A verified Qualified Accountants certificate stipulating the above.

 To register as a 708 investor, your accountant must provide us with a Sophisticated Investor Certificate. Alternatively, a template can be provided by us for your accountant to sign off.

Capital raising

We assist small to mid-size companies in arranging equity and debt capital. These investment opportunities are open to Section 708 clients, being wholesale and sophisticated investors of Asenna.

We provide a full range of trading products and services to support your strategy and make it simple. Our services enable the flexibility to participate in both long and short, medium-term, position trading opportunities. Clients of Asenna receive investment information by email and/or text message about the terms of the trade and participation.

technical analysis

Asenna offers technical analysis on a range of Australian publicly listed companies, commodities, international equities, global indices and currencies; with our primary focus being mid-cap Australian equities. Asenna clients can learn more on technical analysis and view up to date charts on Asenna’s private client only trading twitter feed.
